One Prevention Alliance, like all community coalitions, is comprised of 12 Sector Representatives:

- substance abuse treatment
- religious organizations
- civic organizations
- health care professionals
- governmental agencies
Board & Staff:
Somer is the chair of One Prevention Alliance. Somer is Skamania County's 4-H Program Coordinator for WSU Extension, Pullman, WA. Somer has two boys that currently attend in the Stevenson-Carson School District.
Carmen has been active with One Prevention Alliance for several years. She is the Community Events Specialist for Skamania County Community Events and Recreation. Carmen is also active in the Stevenson-Carson PTA.
David Waymire is the head football coach at Stevenson High School. He is active in youth sports and Skamania County 4-H programs. David is the Public Works and Community Development director.
Ellie is a mental health care professional for Skamania County.
Andra has been supporting One Prevention Alliance for years. She and her husband own A & J Market. 4-H Fair Board and Skamania County Christmas Baskets are just a couple of the many ways Andra volunteers in the community.
Teresa is the principal of both Stevenson High School and Wind River Middle School.
Ann is the superintendent of Skamania County EMS and Rescue. She is temporarily filling this position for Deb Budnick, Community Health and Outreach Coordinator for Skyline Health.
Caleb Wheeler is a pastor at River Christian Church, Stevenson, Washington.
